The dual head stethoscope is now the most common type and versatile. The diaphragm side is for high frequency sounds and the bell side is for low frequency more focused sound. The versatility maximizes your skill and knowledge of auscultation which increases your effectiveness in diagnosis and assessment.
For most the diaphragm side is used mainly for blood pressure readings along with a blood pressure cuff, sphygmomanometer (I also have for sale).
With the use of the digital units most prefer the ease and quickness. I prefer the simplicity of the old cuff & stethoscope method which allows for focus and further insight into blood flow/heart function in addition the digital does not allow use for other assessments like, lungs, GI, etc.
Everyone including non-professional should have a stethoscope and cuff, more important training in how to use it and what the mechanics of action are. The stethoscope is a very old and simple device which tells so much about basic body function.
This unit is new in the box, and never used. I opened to confirm contents and inspect the unit. Once bid is awarded, buyer has 48 hours to submit payment.

New, never used, in the box, and in excellent, new condition. My photos are stock, but I included photos showing a small dimple in the box cover above the word “rim”. I opened the box to confirm contents and inspect the unit.

I have been experiencing some delays with USPS shipping, which they acknowledge in tracking.
I recommend not using parcel post, but upgrade to priority mail or use FedEx or UPS. Pay the additional for insurance which is sometimes included in the shipping method. Once awarded the bid and you confirm or select shipping method, I print a label, deliver to shipper, date and time is documented in tracking. Any issues with shipping; shipping damage, delays, etc. are responsibility of buyer who selected shipping method and paid for shipping.
