    About This Listing
    Here we have an original die hard Ampeg V-4 head for bass or guitar.  The same head used by the Stones and many other rock & roll groups in the 70's.  My tech went thru the amp to find it was basically all original and just needed a good cleaning.  We fired it up thru that RARE Ampeg V-9 cabinet with 9-10" speakers instead of 8 and BANG what a sound!  Loud and CLEAR bass!
    The head has all the original Magnavox power tubes and most of the pre-amp tubes are original as well.  AMAZING.
    The cabinet is from the same era and is also listed here on Ebay.com. as a pickup only.
    I am showing a picture of this monster stack but 'this' listing is just for the head.
    NOTE: 2 of the 4 chassis bolts are missing 1 in each side.  The chassis is nice and tight regardless.
