B&D: 1867-74 South Australia/Australian States Scott 47 (SG 10) MHR faults

Description

Australian States/ South Australia Scott 47h (SG 106), mint hinge remnant. Some faults, and poorly centered as typical for the issue. Cannot rule out that this is Scott 70/SG 140. Watermark looks more like star with long narrow points, but color appears more bright blue or ultramarine.  See scans. As shown; as is.
