So It's virtually brand new,, it just doesn't have the scan bar tag on it anymore. This would be a great hair tool for the person who has any kind of hairdo that would like to attach a dispenser on the end of their hair dryer to soften the harsh blowing of air, and have a less forceful stream to gently style with. Has lifting-spikes to lift natural waves and curls and move them around gently while slowly drying them. also has adjustable rings on the bottom to fit most hair dryers. Measurements are as follows; 6" tall from top to adjusting rings on the bottom. 6&1/2" wide across the widest part of the top. Adjusting ring is 2" wide on the bottom.
