Envelope is postmarked (3) with first day of issue of JAN 1 2000 and imprint of coin obverse & reverse. The coin was struck on the first day of mintage in Philadelphia on NOV 18, 1999. Back of envelope has the story of Sacagawea and a map of the journey to Oregon.
