VINTAGE COAT OF ARMS WALL PLAQUE with reticulated edges - Winslow. I don't know much about this piece so I'm hoping pictures can answer most of the questions. It does seem to be signed by Ethel M Shotwell - ask any questions you may have.
Condition - No chips altho there are some minor indentions aka flea bites. Natural crazing throughout as well.
