FLOCKED PLASTIC BLOW MOLD
Doe and Fawn both have spots on their backs.  The figure measures about 4 1/2 inches across by 3 5/8 inches high by 2 1/4 inches deep.
Some issues with flock peeling and surface seems sort of dirty - or maybe that is shading of the flocking.  Eyes are dark and inserted.  No manufacturing identification found.
