This is a vintage Bibb Seat Reamer plumbing tool used to repair the seats on faucets It comes with four attachments. It is in its original box. The sticker that is on the top of the box is from Sears Roebuck and Company. The tool was made by the Franklin Metal and Rubber Company of Philadelphia, Pa.
