Has wear and light age toning.
Here is a good monkey wrench does stick a little will need to be oiled.

It will need to be cleaned up. It may  have light surface rust, and some minor pitting, which can be cleaned quickly and easily. Was used as intended a Monkey wrench.  See photos for best description.
