    Description

    This is a fantastic cover from Yemen, featuring not one, but TWO copies of the very rare Consular Fee Stamp.  It was sent to a famous philatelist, along with a 3rd copy of the Consular Fee Stamp.  However, this one was in Mint Condition, which is even rarer still.  Altogether, this is valued at L5000 in the SG catalog.
